Theatre Use and Tech Needs Form

To ensure events run as smoothly as possible in the theatre, please complete the above google form with your event and tech needs in details.  After completing the form, please also email your space request to Mahealani Thompson (mthompson@parkerschoolhawaii.org) so that your event is added to our shared theatre event calendar. Teacher Apprentice Request form

Click HERE to complete a request for a high-school student as your teacher apprentice. 

Each year, some upper school students arrange to be TA's (teaching assistants) during an available block in their schedule for a semester or a year. Typically, students make these arrangements with certain teachers ahead of time. This year, I want to formalize the process but also expand the possibilities beyond just being a teacher's helper. One of our new students, for example, is interested in being a health care professional and might be able to be a health aide TA for Anela. Maybe there are students who would like to learn more about Public Relations with Krista or Brian. Or students who could train in theater management with Sara Jane or Candie. We can have lab techs in training, budding researchers, inventory experts, mail deliverers, maintenance apprentices, etc.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in and would be willing not only to have a student helping but also to mentor/coach this student in specific skills, please complete the form linked below. I would like to be able to share some options with interested Upper School students next week--so if you can complete this before the end of the day on Friday, I would appreciate it.

If you have lost the receipt for a purchase with your Parker School credit card, please download a copy of this form, complete it, then upload it to the transaction in Divvy in place of a receipt.

Professional Development Request

Please use this Google Form to submit requests for professional development funds. Professional development requests will be considered on a rolling basis as long as funding is available.
